RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that all orders are not refundable. By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is not refundable. However, exchanges can be made 5 days before pick up. Please contact us to organise an exchange.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to the nature of the ingredients in each cake, we do not ship. By placing an order you agree that you will collect the order from our Cranbourne location. Collection is Thursday – Sunday between 9am and 5pm. Please put your required pick-up date in the additional information section on your order.
